Select all cooking functions, change settings and manage your favourites. Settings are synced between the app and the oven. You’ll be informed via notifications as soon as the programme is done. Software downloads keep your oven updated.

Sous-vide is French for "cooking under a vacuum". With this method, meat, fish, fruit or vegetables are cooked in a vacuum bag at a relatively low and constant temperature with full steam. The ingredients are vacuum-sealed in the Bosch vacuum drawer before being steamed at the desired temperature in the Bosch oven using the Sous-vide function. This brings out the full and natural flavour of your dishes. For a crisp crust and roasted aroma, you can briefly sear meat on all sides after cooking.

With Bosch, steam fits easily into almost any kitchen scheme. Our cookers’ compact size and internal water tank make installation in any cabinet with a power socket easy – no water connection required. And that other water chore – descaling – is also taken care of with an automatic programme.

Sure, our steamers are compact. But you’ll do some dynamite cooking in this small package. Our steam generation process starts with a ring heater that turns water into vapour, which fills the entire cooking chamber.
