Method
1. Wash the potatoes, pat dry and poke the surface with a fork and put on the grill rack, place inside the oven at level 1, bake with automatic programme P21, set the weight as 0.5kg, take it out when the program is finished
2. Put olive oil, salt, mushroom slices, shredded onions in a microwave safe container and cook with microwave 600W for 3 minutes, add the chopped water celery and continue to cook for a final 1 minute, let it cool after finished
3. Cut the baked potato in half, scoop out the insides and put into a small bowl, then mix with mayonnaise and fill it back to the potatoes, covered with vegetables, served watermelon radish
