Furthermore, Bosch also provides collection and delivery for repair and maintenance service. For MaxxiMUM kitchen machines and fully automatic coffee machine(not for commercial use) that are purchased from authorized dealers in Hong Kong and Macau, complementary collection and delivery services are included within the 2-year warranty period. Due to the differences in safety requirement of appliances and related regulations between different countries, the use of non-Hong Kong version products purchased from unauthorized Hong Kong and Macau dealers may not meet the safety requirement in Hong Kong and Macau and may even lead to serious damage of the products. Therefore, the mentioned products would not be covered in the 2-year warranty. In addition, any damage of the mentioned products incurred during the delivery would not be covered by the warranty as well. Additional maintenance fee or service charges will be imposed for such circumstances. If the product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized parties, the 2-year product warranty would be invalidated. We advise customers to purchase Bosch home appliances from the authorized dealers in Hong Kong and Macau to ensure your safety and to guarantee you can enjoy the after-sales service and product warranty.

Intelligent Expert Tips: To ensure optimum performance and quality, Bosch' home appliances undergo stringent inspection in different aspects of safety, noise and functions before delivery. Hence, moisture may remain inside the new appliances which is normal case.
Before first use:
Washer / Washer dryer: We recommend operate a 90°C cotton / drum clean programme without laundry to remove moisture left from final inspection.
Dishwasher: We recommend operate at least 65°C programme without dishes to remove moisture / water mark left from final inspection.
Maintenance tips:
Washer / Washer dryer: Run a 90°C drum clean programme once every month, and suggested to run with washing machine cleaner (Product number: 00311887) every 3 months to remove smell, germs and detergent residues. Leave the machine door open for a while to ventilate the remaining moisture in the drum after every washing or drying operation.
Dishwasher: Run Machine Care programme without tableware if the indicator for Machine Care lights up on the control panel or every two months. You can also run it with Machine Cleaner for dishwasher (Product number: 00312193) for removing deposits and machine cleaning. Leave the machine door open for a while to ventilate the remaining moisture and remove any food residues from filter area after every washing operation.
