Need to bake three things at the same time, in one oven? 4D HotAir distributes heat swiftly and evenly throughout the oven’s interior and allows you to cook, bake or roast using any level, top to bottom. So your dishes will always be on the right rack, and every bite will taste as delicious as the next.
Automatically adjusts the temperature and more: PerfectBake
Never has baking been so simple: The revolutionary precise PerfectBake sensor measures the humidity content of your dishes permanently and regulates the baking process automatically. You will never have to adjust heating mode, baking time, temperature again if you like. The PerfectBake sensor does it all. The only job you have to do: choose a suitable dish category like „Cakes in tins"“ and press „Start“. Your oven takes over from there. The result: cakes, quiches etc baked to perfection.
A steam oven's entire cavity fills with water vapour, making it possible to cook, for example, fish, potatoes and broccoli on separate racks in the oven at once. Aromas don't mingle, so each ingredient comes out tasting just as you imagined. In addition to being practical and time-saving, it's also an energy-efficient way to cook because you only run the appliance once.
Time and energy saving, our advanced convection setting, known as 4D Hotair, uses an integrated fan to evenly circulate heat. This means you can bake, for example, up to four trays of biscuits in parallel – with each tray coming out perfectly golden brown. Available on selected combination ovens and models with added steam.
Easily remove, fill and descale: flexible to install and to use.
The water tank on our built-in steam ovens is easy to remove and to top up. With no need for a mains water connection, you can flexibly install one wherever it suits your kitchen. To descale the water talk, simply choose the auto descaling programme. It couldn't be any more hassle free.
Days of scrubbing the oven's interior by hand are a thing of the past. A special coating of microfine ceramic spheres on the sides and ceiling of our EcoClean Direct combination units breaks down grime and grease while the appliance is in use. All you have to do is occasionally wipe down the floor and glass door.
Full steam: Use our steam-only and combination ovens to thoroughly prepare raw ingredients, such as fish or vegetables with water vapour.
Added steam: These are convection models that cook food with heat only. To give homemade bread or a roast a crispy crust, an added steam option lets you add moisture to the cavity. Steaming, however, isn't possible.
To give food the water vapour treatment, choose a steam-only or combination oven. Models with added steam give bread or roast chicken a crispy crust and moist interior, but aren't suitable for steaming.
Combination steam ovens measure 60 x 60 cm or 60 x 45 cm (w x h) and fit a standard-sized kitchen cabinet. At 60 x 45 cm (w x h), steam-only ovens are compact in size.
With an internal water tank that requires no water connection, our steam ovens flexibly integrate into your kitchen. Simply measure the cabinet, order the right size and install. The plug fits a standard power point.
