Customer can request at the time of purchase or by calling us at Siemens Home Appliances Experience Centre 25112323 within 3 business days after date of purchase. Late request will be deemed as no requests. 

Upgrade Service: removal service provided by BSH Home Appliances Limited. This is a one-stop new appliance delivery and old appliance removal service offered during new item delivery (Delivery service for Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung is only available on Mon, Wed and Fri).
