Ingredients
2 green apples, peeled and diced |
2 red apples, peeled and diced |
80g sugar |
80g unsalted butter |
Some cinnamon powder |
Crumble
15g unsalted butter (frosted, chopped) |
30g low-gluten flour |
15g sugar |
Methods
1. Crumble: put all ingredients into the steel pot and use fingers to pinch them to a coarse paste. Reserve.
2. Preheat the induction hob and pan to PerfectFry Level 4 heat. Add butter and sugar to the pan and follow with green apples dices, red apples dices and cinnamon powder. Pan-fried until dried and caramelized.
3. Put caramelized apples into the baked cups and sprinkle the crumbles on top.
4. Place in a preheated 180℃ oven and using 4D HotAir function bake for 25 minutes until golden. Serve when it is still hot.
Tips
Well control the fire when fry the caramelized apple, otherwise the caramel tastes bitter. Recommend to serve with vanilla ice-cream.
