Ingredients
500g American pork ribs Some Honey |
Marinade: 30g onion 1 pc shallot 3 cloves garlic 1 fresh rosemary Salt to taste 1 tsp smoked paprika Moderate ground black pepper 200ml BBQ sauce 100ml orange juice |
Method
1. Wash the pork ribs and pat dry, and remove the membrane
2. Crush the onion, shallots, garlic and rosemary with the hand blender, add the remaining marinade ingredients and blend until thoroughly mixed
3. Add pork ribs to the marinade, mix well, wrap with cling foil, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Take out the pork ribs and wipe off the excess marinade (set aside for dipping).
5. Heat the marinade in a small pot and stir until it boils on the induction hob with power level 6
6. Put the pork ribs on the baking tray and put them in the preheated 7-in-1 micro steam oven, bake with hot air grilling at 190℃ + microwave 600W for about 8 minutes (turn halfway during cooking and baste with marinade), then brush with honey and bake for a few more minutes until lightly brown
7. Cut into pieces and serve with the sauce.
