Pie ingredients: Beef stuffing Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 100g Beef tenderloin 48g
Caster sugar 2g Carrot 24g
Salt 1g Fresh corn kernels 10g
Yeast 1g Asparagus 12g
Spinach juice (30g fresh spinach + 30ml purified water) Salt 0.2g
Carrot (for the base) 3 slices

Preparation

1. Boil fresh spinach and add 30ml water to Baby food chopper, select "Baby Food" function, set the setting to 7 degrees and start for 60 seconds, then set aside.

2. Mix the blended spinach juice and the remaining ingredients for the pie into the dough and place in Stew cup. Add 700ml water to Nutritional jug, select "Heating" function, set the temperature to 38 degrees, place in Stew cup and allow to ferment for 40 minutes. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rest for 10 minutes.

3. Cut beef tenderloin into 2cm pieces and place in Stew cup, select "Baby Food" function, set to 1 degree and activate for 60 seconds, then set aside.

4. Cut carrots into 1cm pieces and place in Stew cup, select "Baby Food" function, set to 3 degrees and activate for 40 seconds, then set aside.

5. Peel and cut asparagus into 1cm pieces, put them into Stew cup together with corn kernals. Select "Baby Food" function, set to 3 degrees and activate for 20 seconds, then set aside.

6. Mix beef and vegetables together and season with salt. Create the dough into an oval shape with a flour stick, then add about 15g beef and vegetable filling and fold in half to seal the edges.

7. Place sliced carrots in the bottom of Stewing cup and add 1 wrapped pie.

8. Add 700ml water to Nutritional jug, place the Stew cup, select "Heating" function, set the temperature to 100 degrees and activate for 30 minutes. Then serve.

Nutritional analysis (per serving): 441.3 kcal/1846.4 kJ, 24.2 g protein, 1.7 g fat, 81.6 g carbohydrate, 18.8 mg vitamin C.

Tips

The remaining spinach dough can be refrigerated and defrosted at room temperature for the next consumption.

It is suggested to place a plastic bag in Nutritional jug while the dough is fermenting to make it easier to remove the dough.
