Red dragon fruit pulp 15g |

Preparation
1. Cut dragon fruit into 1cm cubes and place in Baby food chopper, select "Baby Food" function, set the temperature to 7 degrees and activate for 60 seconds.
2. Add eggs, sugar, gluten free flour and baking powder to the Baby food chopper, select "Baby Food" function, set to 5 degrees and activate for 60 seconds. Then set aside the muffin batter.
3. Pour a small amount of corn oil into a non-stick wok, pour in the muffin batter and fry with low heat.
For other coloured muffins, use boiled spinach, purple cabbage or other fruits and follow the same steps as above.
