Ingredients
Stemmed Tremella (soaked) 40g |
Apples (peeled and cored) 50g |
Goji (Chinese wolfberry) 5g |
Water 280ml |
Rock sugar 8g |
Preparation
1. Peel apples and cut into 1cm cubes.
2. Put all ingredients and water into Stew cup.
3. Add 1200ml water to Herbal tea jug and select "Chinese Soup" function and set for 2 hours.
Nutritional analysis (per serving): 100.6kcal/420.8kJ, 1.2g protein, 0.3g fat, 25.2g carbohydrate, 6mg vitamin C.
Tips
Soak tremella and water in a ratio of 1:10, 3-4 hours in advance in fridge.
