Rock Sugar 20g
Water 280ml
Lotus seeds 8g

Preparation

1. Put all ingredients and water into Stew cup.

2. Add 1200ml water to Herbal tea jug, place the Stew cup and set "Chinese Soup" function to 1 hour.

Nutritional analysis (per serving): 121.5kcal/508.3kJ, 1.8g protein, 0.2g fat, 27.6g carbohydrate, 0.4mg vitamin C.

Tips

  • Soak peach resin in water at a ratio of 1:20 for 24 hours in refrigerator to remove black impurities.
  • Soak Gum Tragacanth in a ratio of 1:20 with water in the fridge 24 hours in advance to remove black impurities.
