Ingredients

Small yellowtail (head and tail removed) 120g
Tomatoes 80g
Salt 2g
Spring onion 2g
Ginger 2g
Cooking wine 40g
Pepper 0.2g
Water 400ml

Preparation

1. Scrape the scales off the small yellowtail, wash and remove the head and tail, then cut into 3cm chunks for use.

2. Cut tomatoes into 3cm cubes and set aside.

3. Put all ingredients into Blending jug, select "Cream Soup" function and start.

Nutritional analysis (per serving): 182kcal/761.4kJ, 25.9g protein, 4.4g fat, 3.8g water compounds, 15.7mg vitamin C.

Tips

It is preferred to use fresh yellowtail to make soups. By adding lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon) after the programme is completed, could remove the fishy taste.
