Method
1. Heat butter and garlic in a microwave safe container and place inside the oven at level 0 with the microwave 1000W for 30 seconds, add some white pepper and mix well
2. Shuck the oysters, wash and pat dry, put on a teaspoon cooked garlic sauce on oysters
3. Arrange the oysters on the wire rack, place inside the oven at level 4, then insert the glass pan at level 3
4. Cook with grill 3 for 10 to 12 minutes
5. Sprinkle with green onion and red chili
6. Enjoy
