Method
1. Wash chicken breast, pat dry, season both sides with salt and pepper, let it sit for 30 minutes
2. Wash all the vegetables, cut purple cabbage, romaine lettuce and broccoli into bite-sized pieces, cut tomatoes in half. Add broccoli, carrots and 350g water in a microwave safe containers and place inside the oven at level 0 cook with microwave 1000W for 3 to 4 minutes, then drain and set aside
3. Put chicken on the wire rack, place inside the oven at level 3 and glass pan at level 2 cook with grill 3 for 23 to 24 minutes, flip the chicken breast after 12 minutes
4. Shred chicken by hand, mix with all vegetables and serve with salad dressing
5. Enjoy
