Method
1. Chicken cut 12 pieces (approx. 25g/pc), use only the white part of the leeks and cut into 3cm long
2. Marinate the chicken and the leeks with all seasoning for 30 mins
3. Thread the leeks and chicken onto the bamboo skewers and place them on the wire rack with the skin side down
4. Put the glass pan at level 1 of the oven and the wire rack at level 2, bake with hot air grill 3 for 19 to 20 minutes, turn the skewers after 12 minutes
5. Enjoy
