Method
1. Wash dried scallop and soak in cold water with ginger, hand pull an drain dry
2. Wash and remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, put into a microwave safe container and arrange shredded dried scallop on top
3. Fill the water tank with water, put the container on the steam container then onto the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 3
4. Cook with steam 3 for 10 minutes, drain the sauce and set aside
5. Place a microwave safe container with oil inside the oven at level 0, cook with microwave 600W for 2 minutes, add soy sauce, sugar, sauce from the enoki mushrooms and cook for another minute
6. Thicken with corn starch water and pour cover the enoki mushrooms, garnish with green onion
7. Enjoy
