Method
1. Wash chicken and drain dry, marinate with salt (2g), shaoxing wine and white pepper for half an hour
2. Put marinated chicken on the wire rack with the skin side down, place inside the oven at level 3 and put the glass pan at level 2. Cook with automatic programme P5, set the weight as 0.5kg
3. Put vegetable oil and garlic in a 2.5L microwave safe container and place inside the oven at level 0 and cook with microwave 1000W for 1 minute, add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, peas and salt and cook with microwave 600W for 3 minute, take out and stir, add the chicken, oyster sauce, ginger and water and cook for another 15 minutes with lid, stir in corn starch and continue to cook for 3 minutes
