Method
1. Mix ingredients A in a microwave safe container, place inside the oven at level 0, cook with microwave 1000W for 2 minutes and drip dry
2. Spread tomato sauce over the bread and arrange half of the cheese on it followed by the seafood, top with the rest of the cheese
3. Put the bread on the wire rack then place inside the oven at level 2, cook with grill 3 for 8 minutes or until the cheese has melted
4. Enjoy
