Method
1. Put corn, bell pepper, bacon and 0.5g salt in a microwave safe container, cook with microwave 600W for 1 minute, stir well and set aside
2. Mix egg and light cream in a 2L mixing bowl, add corn starch and stir until mixture become smooth, season with 3g olive oil, 2g salt and black pepper
3. Grease the muffin tray with olive oil, put the cooked vegetables evenly in each of the muffin cases, then add 5g cheese and pour the egg mixture on top. Put the muffin tray on the glass pan
4. Preheat the oven to 180℃, put the glass pan at level 1 and bake with hot air grill for 18 to 20 minutes
