INGREDIENTS:
4 egg yolk | 15g instant coffee powder |
230ml hot milk | 100ml whipping cream |
70g sugar |
TOPPING:
some mint leaves |
some whipping cream |
PREPARATION STEPS:
1. Mix coffee powder and sugar, add hot milk and mix well.
2. Add whipping cream and mix well.
3. Beat egg yolk, and add in coffee mixture.
4. Use a strainer to filter the pudding mixture, and pour in pudding mould. Place in preheated 100℃ steam oven and steam for 8 minutes until pudding set.
5. Allow pudding to cool completely before refrigeration.
6. Beat whipping cream until stiff, put on pudding and garnish with mint leaves. Serve.
