Whipping cream 200 ml Milk 400 ml 70% cacao chips 60 g Earl grey teabag 2 pcs |
Methods
1. In a small pot over induction hob (power level 7), warm whipping cream and milk until steam rises from the top.
2. Add earl grey teabag, cover and turn off induction hob. Steep for 15 minutes.
3. Remove teabag, add chocolate chips, place pot back on induction hob (power level 3). Stir until melted. Enjoy!
