Steamed Egg Pudding

Ingredients (6 servings)

Cookware: microwave safe container, glass pan, 6 pudding jar Nutrition facts per serving:
113.9 kcal, 14.4 g of carbohydrates, 4.1g fat, 4.9 g of protein
  • 400g milk
  • 70g sugar
  • 150g eggs (3)

Method

1. Add milk and sugar in a deep microwave safe container, place inside the oven at level 0, cook with microwave 600W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, mix until sugar completely dissolved

2. Beat egg in a deep mixing bowl and add warm milk in gradually, strain the mixture twice, pour 95g of mixture into pudding jars and wrap with cling film

3. Fill the water tank with water, arrange the pudding jars on the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 3, cook with steam 3 + microwave 90W for 30 to 32 minutes

4. Cool at room temperature and chill in the fridge overnight, serve with fruit sauce

5. Enjoy
