Ingredients
4 frozen strawberries |
1 frozen banana |
200g low-fat plain yogurt |
4 walnut |
1 tbsp Chia seed |
1/2 bowl of cereal chips |
Prepare some fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries) and pumpkin seeds for decoration. |
Methods
1. Frozen strawberries and bananas can be prepared in advance.
2. Put all ingredients in a blender with “Smoothies function” and process until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and decorate with cereal chips or fresh fruits.
