Ingredients (4 servings )

Cooking container: glass baking pan Nutrition facts per serving:435 kcal, 44.5 g carbohydrate, 25.2 g fat, 7.4 g protein
• 150g flour
• 30g walnuts chopped
• 60g egg ( 50g + 10g )
• 75g butter
• 50g sugar
• 12g milk powder
• 2g baking powder

Method

1. Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy with an electric mixer, add in whisked egg and mix well

2. Stir sifted flour, milk powder, baking powder in the butter mixture and use a spatula to combine

3. Add chopped walnuts and mix well, use hands to lightly knead into a dough, roll it out into a sheet of 23cm x 17cm x 1cm and refrigerate for about for 30 minutes

4. Remove the dough from fridge and cut into 16 pieces, brush with the reminding whisked egg then transfer them onto a lined glass baking tray,

5. Preheated the micro-steam oven up to 160℃, put the glass baking tray at level 1 and bake with hot air for 20-22 minutes

6. Enjoy
