8 chicken wings Moderate salt, ground black pepper Some rice wine 1 tbsp soy sauce Some dark soy sauce Moderate honey |
Filling 100g fresh spinach leaves (boiled and soaked in ice water, drained and chopped) 45g minced bacon 50g shredded cheese Some ground black pepper Some nutmeg powder Some red pepper powder Some salt 1 clove garlic (minced) |
Methods
1. Put the bacon and minced garlic in a bowl, place inside 7-in-1 Steam Oven with Microwave, cook with microwave 1000W for about 30 seconds until the bacon is golden, set aside
2. Preheat the 7-in-1 Steam Oven with Microwave to 190°C (hot air grill)
3. Debone the chicken wings, marinate with salt, ground black pepper, rice wine, soy sauce and dark soy sauce
4. Mix the filling well, stuff into the chicken wings, and seal with toothpicks
5. Put inside 7-in-1 Steam Oven with Microwave bake with hot air grill 190°C + Steam 1 for about 15 minutes, brush honey halfway and continue to bake until golden brown,
6. Enjoy
