Ingredients
- 70g unsalted butter
- 25g powdered sugar
- 10g cheese powder
- 30g milk
- 150g cake flour
- Assorted chocolate and sugar pearls for decoration
Workflow:
1. Soften the butter and beat it with powdered sugar until it turns pale in color and becomes fluffy.
2. Gradually add the milk in 3-4 portions, stirring until fully absorbed.
3. Mix the cheese powder and cake flour together. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and mix until well combined, forming a dough.
4. Place the dough in a bag and roll it out to approximately 8mm thickness, preferably into a square shape. Freeze for half an hour.
5. After removing from the freezer, cut the dough into bars and place them on a baking sheet.
6. Preheat the oven to 155-160 degrees Celsius and bake for approximately 18 minutes.
7. Once cooled, dip the bars into melted chocolate and decorate with sugar pearls.
