Ingredients
- 1 Chilean Sea Bass Steak
- 1 Tbsp chopped scallions
- 2 Tbsp peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp black beans, rinsed and chopped
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chopped red chili peppers
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp dark soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp unsalted chicken stock
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Workflow:
1. Rinse the Chilean Sea Bass steak and pat dry with paper towels. Place on a large serving plate.
2. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over the Sea Bass steak.
3. Steam the Sea Bass steak on Steam Plus function 100C for 15 minutes.
4. Garnish with chopped scallions. Then heat the peanut oil over a small saucepan until smoking hot. Spoon the hot oil over the chopped scallions. Serve.
