Terms & conditions of referral

1. Promotion period is from 1 December 2023 to 29 February 2024, both dates inclusive.

2. Referrer shall register warranty for the appliance prior registration for this program.

3. Referrer shall submit the application via designated online form during the promotion period.

4. Referee must fulfill below requirements within the Promotion Period in order for the Referrer and referee to entitle to the reward.

Order any dishwasher products (except accessories, clean and care products) at the Bosch Galleria or Bosch eShop and have the delivery completed within two months after the promotion period (i.e. April 30, 2024).

5. Awards:

Referrer : HKD$100 supermarket coupon
Referee : HKD$100 supermarket coupon

6. Referrer can collect supermarket coupon with redemption email at Bosch Galleria.

7. Referee can collect supermarket coupon with redemption email & purchase invoice at Bosch Galleria.

8. Coupon redemption period is until 31st May 2024.

9. All rewards are limited and are subject to availability/on a first-come-first-served basis.

10. If a Referrer returns the appliance to BSH, BSH has the right not to offer the award or to claim back the award.

11. Each referrer can refer more than one referee.

12. If more than one Referrers refer the same Referee, the Referrer Reward will be awarded to the first Referrer in accordance to Referee’s first referral record.

13. By providing Customer’s personal data, Customer is indicating that he/she has read, understand and agreed that his/her personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance with BSH’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.bosch-home.com.hk/en/metapages/imprint/privacy-statement

14. Unless specific promotions, this promotion cannot be combined with other offers, including but not limited to display machine sales, employee discounts, and non-retail purchases.

15. BSH may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and revised terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon publishing.

16. BSH reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Program on reasonable basis at any time.

17. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Court.
