You will be requested your contact details, appliance location and some other important information. Please enter your induction hob model number (E-Nr.) below to get started. The E-Nr. is needed to prepare the engineer’s visit, e.g.: providing needed spare parts to the engineer.

Simply refer to the appliance pass – one of the documents boxed with your product. Alternatively, check the hob itself. Look on or close to the front edge that sits below the worktop. The third option is to reconstruct the E-Nr. from its two parts.
