Please enter the model number (E-Nr.), FD and Z-Nr. to get started. Purchase date of appliance would be needed in case of a warranty claim.
How to identify the appliance?
The model number (E-Nr.), FD and Z-Nr. are located on the rating plate or sticker attached to your washing machine. Start by opening the appliance door and scanning the inside rim. Alternatively, check behind the maintenance flap that covers the drain pump (filter door) or the back of the appliance.
