Method
1. Clean and scrub the shell of the mussels, drain dry and set aside
2. Put olive oil, shallots and garlic in a microwave safe container, place inside the oven at level 0, cook with microwave 1000W for 2 minutes, then stir the mixture
3. Mix white wine, tomatoes and mussels and arrange them on the glass pan
4. Fill the water tank with water, place the glass pan inside the oven at level 3, cook with microwave 600W + steam 1 for 13 to 15 minutes
5. Add softened butter and parsley and mix well
6. Enjoy
