Method
1. Put oil in the microwave safe container, place inside the oven at level 0, cook with microwave 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds, add garlic and continue to cook for another 1 minute until fragrant, set aside
2. Put the ribs with garlic oil, Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood, oyster sauce, sugar, ginger, red chili in a ziplock bag and marinate in the fridge overnight
3. Arrange the marinated ribs on the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 1, bake with Hot air grill 200℃ + microwave 180W for 20 to 22 minutes, flip
4. Enjoy
