Method
1. Cut pineapple and beef into small pieces, dice onion, green pepper, carrots and green onion.
2. Marinate beef with soy sauce, sugar, Shaoxing wine, garlic, sesame oil and black pepper for 15 minutes
3. Thread the beef and pineapple onto the bamboo skewers
4. Cook rice with microwave safe container at the oven at level 0 with automatic programme P20, set the weight as 0.15kg, take it out 5-10 minutes later when the program is finished
5. Mix the rice, onion, green pepper, carrots and green onion in an oven proven container, put the beef skewers on it and place the container on the glass pan
6. Place the glass pan at level 1 of the preheated oven, bake with hot air grill 190℃ for 17 to 18 minutes
