Method
1. Marinade seafood (shrimp, squid) with white wine and white pepper for 10 minutes
2. Melt butter with microwave 360W for 1 minutes 30 seconds, stir in flour, add milk and mix well, continue to microwave for 2 minutes, stir after 1 minute and cook until creamy
3. Heat up olive oil with microwave 600W for 1 minutes 30 seconds, add onion and sauté for 1 minutes 30 seconds, cook for 2 minutes after the seafood is added, continue to cook for 4 minutes after adding the cream sauce (step 2), mushroom, mixed vegetables, green peppers, salt
4. Cook rice with microwave safe container in the oven at level 0 with automatic programme P20, set the weight as 0.5kg, take it out 5 to 10 minutes later when the programme is finished
5. Scoop 300g cooked rice into the glass baking pan and put ¼ of mozzarella cheese, arrange seafood on the rice, top up with the rest of the cheese
6. Place inside the oven at level 1, bake with hot air grill 170℃ + microwave 360W for 8 minutes
