Method
1. Cut beef into 1 x 6cm strips, marinate with corn starch, salt, ground pepper, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chicken powder, Sichuan pepper and garlic for 30 minutes. Julienne green pepper and set aside
2. Arrange all ingredients in microwave safe container, then put the container on the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 1, cook with hot air 210℃ + microwave 90W for 22 to 23 minutes
3. Garnish with fresh parsley
4. Enjoy
