Cookware: microwave safe containers, wire rack, glass pan, 4 pcs 30 × 30 cm aluminium foil Nutrition facts per serving:
303.7 kcal, 13.5g carbohydrate, 12.8g fat, 18.1 protein
  • 4 chicken drumstick ( appx. 500g)
  • 40g ginger (shredded)
  • 40g mushrooms (shredded)
  • 20g ham (shredded)
  • 10g red chili (shredded)
  • 25g Shaoxing wine
  • 60g soy sauce
  • 7g dark soy sauce
  • 15g oyster sauce
  • 17g honey
  • 1g white pepper
4 pcs 30 × 30 cm Aluminium foil

Method

1. Wash the chicken drumstick, pat dry with kitchen paper, and poke the surface with a fork couple times. Marinate the drumsticks with all seasonings in a large bowl

2. Mix ginger, mushrooms, ham, red chili and 2 tablespoons of above marinade, put on 4 pcs foil evenly

3. Arrange the marinated drumsticks in a microwave safe container and then on the glass pan, place inside the oven at level 1, bake with hot air 230℃ + microwave 180W for 15 minutes

4. Take the drumsticks and place on the aluminum foil and wrap tightly, (do not remove the glass pan) then put them on the wire rack, place inside the oven at level 2 and bake with hot air 230℃ for 20 minutes

5. Enjoy
