Ingredients (3 servings)

Cookware: microwave safe container, glass pan Nutrition facts per serving:
192.8 calories, 19.1 g carbohydrates, 7.6 g fat, 22.7 g of protein
  • 300g flank steak
  • 10g corn starch
  • 7g garlic (sliced)
  • 15g soy sauce
  • 15g oyster sauce
  • 3g sugar
  • 0.5g coarsely ground black pepper
  • 60g onion
  • 60g green bell pepper
  • 1g salts
  • 10g salad oil

Method

1. Cut beef into bite size, rub with corn starch and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, coarsely ground black pepper and garlic in a large bowl for 15 minutes

2. Cut onion and bell pepper in 3cm long, season with salt and salad oil

3. Put beef in a microwave safe container and arrange the onion and bell pepper around the beef, put the container on the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 1, cook with hot air 220℃ + microwave 180W for 14 to 15 minutes

4. Enjoy

Cooking program: hot air 220℃ + microwave assisted 180W

Oven temperature: 220 ℃

Cooking level: glass pan at level 1

Cooking time: 14-15 minutes
