Method
1. Cut beef into bite size, rub with corn starch and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, coarsely ground black pepper and garlic in a large bowl for 15 minutes
2. Cut onion and bell pepper in 3cm long, season with salt and salad oil
3. Put beef in a microwave safe container and arrange the onion and bell pepper around the beef, put the container on the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 1, cook with hot air 220℃ + microwave 180W for 14 to 15 minutes
4. Enjoy
