• 150g eggplant | |

• 150g zucchini | |
• 1clove garlic | |
• 80g tomato | |
• 25g olive oil | |

Method
1. Slice eggplant, bell pepper and zucchini cut into 2 cm thick, thin slice the garlic
2. Mix 1 and tomatoes with olive oil in a bowl, put the bowl on the glass pan, place inside the oven at level 1, bake with hot air 220℃ + steam 1 for 20 to 22 minutes
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper
4. Enjoy
