Method
1. Cut crusts from slices of white bread, and flatten bread with rolling pin, cut banana into even length of the bread
2. Spread shedder cheese on bread and roll up the slice of bread
3. Place the rolls on the lined glass pan, mix the egg, sugar, milk and cinnamon and brush on the bread roll, sprinkle with butter
4. Preheat the oven up to 220℃, put the glass pan at level 2 and bake with hot air for 10 to 11 minutes
5. Enjoy
