Ingredients (4 servings)

Cookware: wire rack, glass pan Nutrition facts per serving:
81.6 kcal, 2.1g carbohydrate, 5.7g fat, 5.4g protein
  • 280g (8 pieces) large shrimp
  • 1g mixed herbs
  • 1g rosemary
  • 20g olive oil
  • 2g salt
  • some black pepper
  • 10g garlic

Method

1. Trim the head and devein shrimp, wash and drain dry

2. Combine all seasonings in a mixing bowl and marinate for 15 minutes

3. Arrange shrimp on the wire rack and place inside the oven at level 3, insert the glass pan on level 2 to collect drippings. Cook with grill 3 for 12 to 13 minutes, flip halfway through cooking

4. Enjoy
