• 400g lamb chops (6 pieces)
• 30g soy sauce
• 50g shaoxing wine
• 10g sugar
• 80g cherry vine tomatoes
• moderate cumin powder

Method

1. Pat dry the lamb chops with kitchen paper

2. Mix the seasoning and marinate in the lamb chops for half an hour

3. Put the lamb chops on the glass baking pan

4. Place inside micro-steam oven level 2, bake with fan grill 190℃ + steam assisted 1 for 20 to 22 minutes

5. Enjoy
