Method
1. Remove the internal organs and tentacles of the squid, wash and cut the body into 1cm thick, marinate with herbs, half of the salt, white pepper and wine for 15 minutes
2. Put the squid in a microwave safe container and place inside the microwave-steam oven level 0 cook with microwave 1000W for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside
3. Cut carrots, onion and pepper as the size of corn kernel
4. Cook rice with microwave safe container at level 0 with automatic programme P20, set the weight as 0.15kg, take it out 5-10 minutes later after the programme is finished
5. Mix cooked rice, half of the salt and sesame oil in another microwave safe container, stir in carrots, onion, pepper and corn and place inside the microwave-steam oven level 0 cook with microwave 1000W for 1 minute
6. Combine bread crumbs with vegetable oil, then add coriander and mix well
7. Arrange mixed rice, squid and bread crumbs mixture in a 1.5L microwave safe container, then put it on the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 1 bake with hot air 210℃ + steam 1 for 25 to 27 minutes
8. Serve with ground white pepper
