Ingredients of meatballs
300g pork | some crushed black pepper |
1/2 onion (fried) | 1 thyme |
1/2 tbsp salt | 2 tbp cornstarch |
1/3 cup water |
Tomato Sauce
400g peeled tomatoes | some salt |
1 tbp tomato paste | some crushed black pepper |
1/2 onion | some Parmesan cheese |
2 cloves garlic | some Gruyere cheese |
1 thyme |
Methods
1. Put pork into Bosch food processor and mince the pork.
2. Use kitchen machine to blend pork and salt at speed 4 until very sticky. Add onion, water, pepper, thyme and cornstarch; mix ingredients thoroughly.
3. Form minced meat into meatballs. Pan-fry the meatballs until lightly browned and half-cooked condition.
4. Preheat the induction hob and pan to PerfectFry Level 4 heat. Add oil to pan and follow with onion and garlic. Add tomato paste and peeled tomatoes; and stir-fry gently. Cook sauce until thickened and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place meatballs on baking tray, put the tomato sauce and cheese on meatballs. Place in a preheated 180℃ oven (top and bottom heat) and bake for about 10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Serve.
