Method
1. Wash and devein shrimp, soak clams in water for 2 hours to push the sand out, wash the rice drain dry. Dice green peppers, tomatoes and onions
2. Put olive oil and onion into a 1.5L microwave safe container and place inside the oven at level 0 cook with microwave 1000W for 1 to 2 minutes, mix in tomatoes, bell pepper, rice, shrimp, clams, salmon, saffron, turmeric powder, fish sauce, salt and pepper, add hot water and mix well
3. Put 2 in a 9” (3.5cm depth) pizza tray, wrap with aluminium foil and poke holes with toothpick, then place it on the glass pan
4. Preheat the oven to 230℃ and place the glass pan inside oven at level 1, bake with hot air for 28 to 30 minutes
