Seafood pie

INGREDIENTS:

700g mixed seafood (shrimp, fish, scallop, clam) SAUCE: MASHED POTATO:
1/2 onion (diced and pan-fried) 25g unsalted butter 500g potato
1 tbsp oil 25g low protein flour 3 tbsp whipping cream
1 tbsp peas 400g cold milk 50g butter
15g Parmesan cheese Some salt
15g Gruyere cheese Some crushed black pepper
Some sea salt and crushed black pepper Some cheese
Some crushed parsley

PREPARATION STEPS:

1. Marinate the mixed seafood with sea salt and crushed black pepper.

2. Pan-fry seafood and onion until cooked. Remove from the heat and drain well.

3. Melt the unsalted butter in a pan, add the low protein flour and frequently stir until well mixed. Remove from the heat and gradually add cold milk. Reheat the sauce until thickened. Remove from the heat, stir in cheese, and season with sea salt and crushed pepper. Add the seafood and peas, stir well.

4. Transfer the seafood to a baking dish and cover with the cream cheese sauce. Set aside.

5. Peel potatoes and chop. Steam in a 100℃ steam oven for about 15 minutes until cooked, then put the potatoes into Bosch food processer and grate. Season with whipping cream, butter, salt and crushed black pepper, mix well.

6. Spread the mashed potatoes over the seafood pie and sprinkle with cheese.

7. Place in a preheated 200℃ oven, and bake until golden. Sprinkle with crushed parsley and serve.
