Ingredients

200g salmon 10 g fresh dill
A pinch of sea salt 10 ml olive oil
1 lemon (sliced) 1 bunch asparagus

Methods

1. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on salmon. Add lemon slices, fresh dill and olive oil. Steam at 60℃ for 18-20 minutes.

2. Remove the salmon from steam oven and serve with steamed asparagus (optional, steam at 100℃ for 7-10 minutes).
