Ingredients
200g salmon | 10 g fresh dill |
A pinch of sea salt | 10 ml olive oil |
1 lemon (sliced) | 1 bunch asparagus |
Methods
1. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on salmon. Add lemon slices, fresh dill and olive oil. Steam at 60℃ for 18-20 minutes.
2. Remove the salmon from steam oven and serve with steamed asparagus (optional, steam at 100℃ for 7-10 minutes).
