INGREDIENTS:

2 cod fillets (600g) 1 tbsb unsalted butter Sauce:
1/2 zucchini Little parsley 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
1/4 red pepper Some sea salt 1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/4 red onion Some ground black pepper 100ml olive oil
1/2 parsnip 1 tbsp white wine 1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp peas Some sea salt
Some ground black pepper

PREPARATION STEPS:

1. Put the zucchini, red pepper, red onion and parsnip in Bosch food processor and julienne.

2. Place the julienned vegetable mix, peas, unsalted butter and parsley on a parchment paper, then sprinkle some sea salt and ground black pepper on top.

3. Put the cod fillet on the baking paper, sprinkle again with some sea salt and ground black pepper. Pour the white wine evenly on the fish and fold the parchment paper.

4. Steam for 10 minutes in a 100℃ steam oven until cooked.

5. Mix the sauce well. Unfold the parchment paper, the pour the sauce over the fish. Serve.
