Method
1. Clean ribs and drain dry, peel and dice potatoes
2. Marinate ribs with ginger, garlic, sweet fermented rice, sweet sauce, soy sauce and sugar for 15 minutes. Add water, five-spice powder and sesame oil, mix well. Arrange the potatoes on a heat proof plate and put the ribs on top
3. Put the plate on the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 3, cook with steam 3 for 3 minutes 30 seconds
4. Garnish with parsley
5. Enjoy
