Steamed mandarin fish with purple yam, cloud ear fungus and goji berries

Ingredients

1 mandarin fish 1/2 purple yam
20g goji berries (soaked) 100g fresh cloud ear fungus
Some ginger (finely julienned) Some spring onion (finely julienned)
Some salt Some pepper
Some soy sauce Some oil (hot)

Marinade:

1 tsp salt Some crushed black pepper
3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

Preparation

1. Take 1/2 of the purple yam and peel it. Put it into Bosch food Processor and cut into slices, set aside.

2. Rinse the fish and dry thoroughly. Season it with salt and pepper.

3. Place the fish on a large plate and lay the purple yam, goji berries, cloud ear fungus and ginger next to the fish. Steam for 18 minutes in a 100℃ steam oven.

4. Carefully remove the plate from the steam oven. Lay the spring onion along the top of the fish and pour soy sauce and hot oil directly over the spring onion. Serve.
