  • 350g pork ribs
  • 10g garlic
  • 5g of ginger
  • 40g red chili
  • Some green onions
  • 20g fermented black beans
  • 8g oyster sauce
  • 18g soy sauce
  • 12g sugar
  • 10g vegetable oil
  • Pinch of salt

Method

1. Wash ribs, pat dry and cut into small pieces, cut in a microwave safe container

2. Mince garlic, green onion, ginger and fermented black beans, dice red chili

3. Heat up vegetable oil at the oven level 0 with microwave 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds, add garlic, ginger, and fermented black beans and continue to cook for another 1 minute 30 seconds

4. Add garlic mixture into the ribs, then stir in red chili, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt, cover with cling film and marinate for 30 minutes

5. Fill the water tank with water, remove the cling film then put the container in the glass pan and place inside the oven at level 3 cook with steam 3 + microwave 180W for 21 to 23 minutes

6. Enjoy
